Process
Warmth the milk inside a saucepan, on simmer.
When the milk reaches lukewarm temperature, include rice flour and sugar to it. Combine well.
Bring the combination to a boil, by cooking it for about two minutes, on medium flame. Be sure not to scorch the combination.
